Dominicans Optimistic about 2006

Vietnamese most optimistic in 2006 A Gallup International poll shows Vietnam and China are the most optimistic of 66 countries looking to the year ahead. Among people surveyed in Vietnam and China 75 percent said 2006 would be better than 2005.
