A little bit of Britain in your Life... And the kids

This is one of the photo's I took while in Florida. This particular jumper just may be one of the Ten Best in the World and is owned by Double H Farms. .
The young woman riding the horse is Casey Harrison and I have watched her jump for 2 years now. She didn't do so well at this particular show but she has certainly improved on her skills many fold since I have been watching her. She didn't come in the money and she was pretty discouraged. I just hope she gets back on the circuit and doesn't give up!
. I had breakfast at the Britannia Pub this morning. It is located on Pedro Clisante in Sosua, Dominican Republic. In case you didn't know it this place is under new ownership and it is a nice looking comfortable place to hang out. One of the partners who I am friends with Liam is a sweet nice man and is always polite and a gentleman and evidently has very good taste. The renovation is a complete change and it is real comfortable right down to the art on the walls! . I had a Bacon Egg and Cheese on a Bagel this morning with coffe for 75 Pesos! Tasted as good as you can get a simple breakfast to taste and the coffee mugs were the LARGE SIZE which is how I prefer to drink it. Don't have to continue to ask to have the thimble filled up:)
.
I want to thank you all for buying me that breakfast! Already this morning I have made $2.51 on the Google Ads. Yesterday I made over $4 bux so it definately even covered the $25 peso tip. Keep checking them out and enjoying the info provided and I will keep having breakfast and saying thank you! .
Yesterday after the Bbq (I ended up cooking the food on the grill) I went out with Jackie Quontree. I have to tell you that this crazy indian drinks like he is on the warpath. This pasty white boy canNOT keep up with him and I freely admit it! Not only that but I swear we have different metabolism. I had to go to the bano 10 times last night and I don't think he got up off his ass once.
.
It was a fun night and Jackie stayed at my condo instead of driving back to Puerto Plata which made me happy. Last time we did this he insisted on driving back to Puerto Plata at 3am which didn't make me comfortable. I don't want anything to happen to him after hanging out with me. Any other time who cares!:)
.
When I looked at his face at 9am this morning I knew that SOB was paying the price this time! Yeah Jackie, you looked like crap! Just so you know I ran into your young British friend last night after I left you to go home and he asked for you. Don't know why but he mentioned something about tongue but I couldnt quite understand it! I said goodnight and pointed him in your direction and went home to bed! LOL
.
Tonight Jackie and I are having dinner in Costambar. I found this Restaurant a while ago called Cafe Negril which is located in Atlantico One Apartments. I eat here every time I get to Costambar since my first meal there. Sea Bass in Saffron, New England Clam Chowder and Key Lime Pie was what I had the last time with my buddy Edd (Rellosk) and it felt like everything just melted in my mouth. Hell I am not even a fan of Key Lime Pie but the owner Mickey told me to have it and it was GREAT!
.
Tonight if the owner is there I am just going to tell him to order for me. I eat everything that doesn't eat me first and I can't wait to see what he orders and serves me tonight.
.
It is a rainy cool morning here in Sosua. Nothing much doing today other than getting a new cell phone hooked up. I was out first thing this morning but the cell phone store wasn't open for some reason. After I get this finished I will try again and then get a Massage for an hour. Of course after the massage I will need a shower to wash the oil off and then maybe I will catch up on my beauty sleep!
.
The new cell phone has not only a camera but a camcorder. It is the LG 6200. If anyone knows how to sync it to my computer let me know. I have the cable and the software but for some reason the software doesn't recognize either of my LG 6100 or 6200 phones but the computer does. If you have the software that will do this for me I would appreciate it you could email it to Jazzpaging@yahoo.com . I use Windows XP Multi Media Edition if that makes a difference.
.
I picked up a new computer with that AMD Turion 64 bit processor when I was in Florida. I also tried the software on my Toshiba Laptop and it didn't work there either for some reason. HELP!
.
We have decided to put the money raised from the last Auction in helping to setup and build a Free Dental Clinic. We are doing this along with Alberto who runs the finance house in Puerto Plata that a lot of my friends and myself invest in. He has a building next door to his office that he bought to protect himself and is going to renovate the offices in there. He will also donate office space to others that will give free services to the poor of the North Coast.
.
Who knows, maybe first a dental clinic and maybe after the Easter Auction a Kidney dialisis machine or something else just as needed. Stay tuned folks, we are about to do some great stuff here on the North Coast that will have an impact on the people here TODAY! This is not a cure all but we will have an impact in the local area.
.
Remember please email Carina or me at Jazzpaging@yahoo.com with any donations of either goods or services or good old cold cash! Help us do some great things here with your donations!

Little bit of Dis and little bit of Dat!

My friend Shad in Toronto sent me this picture of a Aston Martin which is exactly like the car I used in Florida with the exception of mine was in British Racing Green which I have been told is the only colour to have one of these babies in. He said he had it on his desk and he was pissed that I was actually driving one of these bad boys.

.

I know he was only kidding and he sent this to me to keep until I returned to Florida. Shad is a decent guy any day of the week and petty jealousy is not part of him or his being! Funny thing about having this car to drive and also having something bigger in the same garage after driving it the first time I drove the other car until the day before I left. I felt that it was almost obligatory to drive that bad boy once again. I am thankful to my buddy that gave me the opportunity to even see this car for the first time in my life that I can remember. All that being said next time with a Range Rover and an Aston Martin in the Driveway I will get into the Rover for reasons I am not sure I even understand.

.

That friend who lovingly provided a roof over my head and cars to drive when I was in Florida is coming this week to the Dominican Republic along with another real nice fellow and I can't wait to see them! Great guy and very pleasant company always and a treat to have around always! He is a golfer and pays 1000 US a month for his golf membership in Florida where he rarely goes. He spends a lot of time here in the Dominican Republic and was here 5-8 weeks ago last. It is a treat for me to see him here. I always try to hook up with him in the States when I am there and here we hang out for days instead of an evening for dinner and drinks which suits me better.

.

Today I have an airport pick up of a guy from Canada who has stayed in my condo several times but since my friends are coming down I can't put him up this trip but I felt like picking his stanky arse up from the airport anyway. He gets in at 11:30 am which is great because at 1pm I am going to a friends Bbq up in Puerto Plata which I am looking forward to. It all works out for me timewise today and I don't have to do the racing around that causes stress. Great!

.

This week I have several friends coming to town. Debbie and Brian, Herman, Ted, Mario and Howard and probably a few more that I forgot already. Be great to see them all and do some hanging out and sharing meals. My boy Dori who has the restaurant in Eddys Sports Bar will be a busy guy with everyone in town. When I was in Florida I have loads of Thai and Sushi so I have been only had Salads and Fish and Chips since Wednesdays return. I am looking forward to Dori's Thai Curry and Japanese Noodle dishes. They are my favorite meals on the Island!

.

I will hang out with Carina at the Bbq today and discuss how we are going to get the Auction done and promote both the dinner and the auction. Hopefully between Carina, Jackie and myself we can make some headway with the upcoming project. Please remember if you have any goods and services to donate or even cold cash drop me a line. This is the rush now since it is coming up quickly so reach down deep and please help out our efforts. We should also know where the past money is going to be used by next week. I am pretty sure it will be outfitting a free dental clinic and office building that will offer free space to professionals that will also give out free health services. Matter of fact, my friend Jillian is a speech therapist who is getting fluent in Spanish. Maybe I can talk to her about donating some of her time when she is here. I am actually sure that would be no problem as she is a fine person. She was my daughters FIRST baby sitter. My wife and Jillian were doing the speech and hearing masters at the same time and we had all Masters Students as babysitters. My daughter was a lucky gal!

.

Thats about it for today folks, hope you have a smashing Sunday. Here in the Dominican Republic the weather is real nice although at about 3am I heard torrential showers. I look forward to seeing friends at the Bbq today and hanging out getting fat!:)

.

Hasta Pronto!

PS> I made $4.43 yesterday with the google adsense. You guys bought me a real nice breakfast this morning!:)

Easter Dinner in the Dominican Republic

Yeah, here is another picture of Dominican Republic Electric. This is one of the calmer streets and had the most normal wire job I have seen here. . I went to Cabrera today to take care of some business. I stopped off at my friend Stephan Shadleys Farm to say hi to him and his family. They are doing well and that was nice to see! . The road from before Gaspar Hernandez to after Rio San Juan were absolutely horrible and just about dangerous. This government should be ashamed at what the main road on the whole North Coast looks like and the danger they are putting the people in here. Great way to stimulate tourism GUYS. I guess that is why I read in Http://www.dominicantoday.com that tourism is down everywhere but Punta Cana. Those fools better wake up and smell the roses. If tourism goes there AIN'T much left. . Got the menu for the Easter Dinner today. Here it is below along with the price. .
Location: Eddys Sports Bar Sosua, Dominican Republic

Food:Dori's Restaurant located right in Eddys Sports Bar

. Mexican Rice or Baked Ppotato,. .

Salad Bar 8-10 kinds of salad,. .

From the Grill. .

Beef Steak. or Whole Roast Pig. or. Lemon&Rosemary Grilled Chicken or Vegetarian Lasange . Dessert- Tropical Fruit Salad .

bon- apetit

.

399 $ RD per person OF which 74 Pesos goes to the Kids. . This is the second fundraiser I along with a bunch of other people have put on. First one was on Thanksgiving where we raised over $6500 US dollars which is HUGE for this country. We already have people donate 1500 US dollars towards this event along with a lot of goods and services. We had a $500 Voucher for Foxwoods Resorts and Casino, Dinner for 2 at Peter Lugars and many more things from the US and Many many things from the Dominican Republic. . If yo want to donate goods or services or even Cash please contact me at jazzpaging@yahoo.com and I will forward this to the right person for inclusion. Please help us help the poor children of the North Coast of the Dominican Republic! If you want to speak with me you can call me at 809-223-1178 on my cell phone or at 845-810-0212 which is a New York number that rings at my home in the Dominican Republic. . The Radio Station 92.5 Rubi Closed it's Doors Recently so we can't depend on them to help out promoting this so we are going to promote this on blogs and on different message boards. We probably won't be posting on DR1 since the pasty white boy Robert got upset when I wouldn't let him direct the money we already raised for the kids to go to the benefit of the reefs here. I couldnt let that happen because I promoted the kids and don't want to look like a fool and NOT help the kids here. I don't really care although the message board was a great help last time and we will probably not do as well as the last time because of Roberts immaturity. Guess it was all about him and how many BROWNIE Points he could have gotten instead of what is good for the poor kids of this country.

. Hasta Pronto!

Sleazed out

Yeah ok, so your have seen this classic picture of Dominican Electric before. Gimme a break, my camera is in Florida with Dawn being used hopefully for business.
.
Yesterday as I was going out of my house to head up to Puerto Plata this guy is walking towards my front door. .
One thing I dislike is when people show up at your door unannounced and especially when they aren't your good friends. Even then I find it annoying. Anyone ever tell you that is what phones are all about?
.
This guy has some papers in his hands and he starts talking to me. I tell him I am on my way somewhere and he keeps talking. I stop to see what he is talking about. A few months ago Dawn and I were going to Santiago to do some shopping and this creep comes to my house UNANNOUNCED and asks me to pick him up a weed wacker from Pricemart in Santiago.
.
I say reluctantly ok. When we go shopping I have a full car coming back but I hate to say no to people. He tells me that it is the only weed wacker in the store so I say ok. He gives me something like 4200 Pesos to buy this. I say to him that sounds real cheap and did he give me the 16 % tax. He says there is no tax on it.
.
We get there and not only is it 5900 pesos or something close to that but there is the 16% itbis tax on top of that. I lay out the money for Creepo and get a seperate receit for it to bring back.
.
This CREEP is arguing with me at my car yesterday morning that there isn't tax and it was for my "Platinum Membership" to Pricemart. I get back out of my car and stand up in his face and say "That wasn't for my membership, it was for your weed trimmer and I will be happy to go back to Pricemart and talk to anyone about it. This creep says "This is what they told me on the phone so this is what is true". I said "I don't give a crap what they told you on the phone, that bill was for exactly what I had to pay for your Weed Wacker.
.
Point of the story is to NEVER do favors for creeps. If this SOB comes to my freaking door again without calling me first I am going to tell him to call for a flucking appointment. Man some people aren't worth the skin they were made with! Annoying twit put me out and then tries to fill me up with his BS. Sorry I bothered trying to be a nice guy when I don't even like the creep.
.
On the way up to Puerto Plata yesterday I called Alberto to make sure we hook up as that is the reason I was going there. He must have been in a bad Cell spot and didn't answer so I called my boy Jackie to take him out to dinner. He says fine and he even has time to wash his ass before I get there. I then call Carina and ask her if she had lunch yet and I tell her I will grab her up after I grab up my boy Jackie and she informs me she is at Jackies house. Hmm... well that is a convience but a surprise. Of course Jackie tells me later that he told me she was there. Hmm... I know we were out till 2-3 am last night but am I losing it??
.
I take them to this nice place I found a few months ago which is on the road where the chinese restaurant is located. Coming from Sosua it is past the Chinese Restaurant on the other side of the road. Sorry I don't know the name nor do I know the street it is located on however it is a real nice place.
.
We drive up the long driveway and park. We sit down at a table on a very comfortable veranda that has a lot of shade and a nice breeze over looking a old established garden. Food is good and the prices are reasonable. 22 bux for three people having real lunches with tableclothes and a sweet looking waitress. Carina and I are busting Jackies Arse during lunch about his British Boyfriend from the night before. Poor guy ends up saying "I need to get a girlfriend so people dont think I am gay". What more in life can you ask for? Good meal, good friends and Laughing my arse off at what happened to Jackie the night before. Priceless, for everything else "MasterCard".
.
After lunch Carina and I drop off Jackie at his house where he is waiting for workmen to show up and complete some work. Off we go looking for a building for me that is a warehouse type building right in downtown POP that has a garage door. I want to make a Loft type residence that looks nothing like it from the outside. People don't know why I want to do this but I can't wait to find a property to get that done!
.
Afterwards I get ahold of Alberto and head to his office. After taking care of business we sat and chatted for a while. Aberto bought the building next to his office and says he wants to put in a free dental clinic there for the poor people that cant afford proper care. Now this makes me think about the money we raised for the kids at the auction in the past and the ones in the future. He will also provide free office space to those that want to practice there and give free care to the poor people.
.
I get home and email to Dawn, Carina and Jackie asking for feedback on whether this is as good of a use for the money as I thought it was in their opinions. So far Carina has responded with the thumbs up so I am just waiting to hear from Jackie and Dawn.
.
My thoughts are that we can possibly build this up into a full blown healthcare center for poor children and people and continue to fund this with monies raised. Perhaps we can even work out free transportation from other places here to be even more effective.
.
I was so glad to hear that Alberto was thinking along these lines. I was almost about to hit him up for some cash for the Easter Silent Auction. This is a much better use of these funds than what the pasty white guy Robert had in mind which was for the Reefs. REEFS? I raised money for the KIDS, whatever got into the pasty white boy?
.
Last night I went to sleep at 8pm. At first I was going to take a nap and go out later in the evening but I said to hell with it. I am going to rest this tired old body of mine and slept till 6am which felt great!
.
I don't know what I am going to do this weekend but I do have to go to Cabrera in the next week. Maybe I will head out that way today. I have a BBQ at a friends house tomorrow at 3pm so maybe I will pack a bag and stay over night and get back in the afternoon.
.
Monday night Jackie and I are headed over to Cafe Negril in Costambar for dinner. It is a great place and he has already had dinner there and enjoyed it. If anyone wants to join us you can meet us there at 7:30pm on Monday. It is located inside Atlantico One Apartment complex catty corner from a pizza restaurant. I don't have the name of the Restaurant but the owner Mickeys phone number is 809-396-5208 if you get lost. If you are British Bald and Gay Jackie would probably appreciate you showing up! LOL
.
Hasta Pronto!
PS> Yesterday I made 3.16 on the Google ads. I want to thank you guys for buying me breakfast! Keep up the good work. Only 14 cents so far today:) The google ads are usually interesting and informative anyway!

You don't know JACK!

This picture is of Dawn putting down some pictures on a table next to a sculpture of a horse that she had been previously commissioned to do that was a gold medal winner in the Olympics in the house of the person that rode her in Athens.
.
When we were in Florida we ran into him giving a lesson to another rider and he told us to stop over at his house and have a look at where he placed the sculpture which he held in such high regard. This piece is the centerpiece of his Living Room in one of the most comfortable homes you can imagine, right next to the show grounds in Wellington.
.
Last night my buddy Jackie Quontree came to town to share a meal at Dori's Restaurant in Sosua. Jackie had the ribs and I had a Thai Sesame Chicken Salad which was fantastic as usual. After we had dinner we stopped at my house to pick up a few things I brought back for Jack from the states when Dawn called.
.
Dawn is becoming a marketing maniac for her own work lately and informed me that someone from Saudi Arabia purchased one of her limited edition pieces that sold for sold for over 5 grand. More great news from a very successful business trip to the states for Dawn and I was happy to hear it.
.
She is probably following the guy around the Horse Show as we speak to try and convince him to commission her to do a sculpture of a lifesize horse for his country:)
.
After we got off the phone with Dawn Jackie decides to NOT go back to Puerto Plata and to stay in Sosua for some male bonding. I bet you think Jackie and I were doing the bonding but let me tell you a funny story. .
We went to a corner bar by the name of Plutos where I like hanging out. We sit and order a few beers and chat away for about an hour. A couple of guys come over and one guy tells me that he is friends with Ian (Tamborista) and just wanted to introduce himself and say hi.
.
Well before you know it the other guy who happened to be British was kissing Jackie and I was laughing so hard my eyes were tearing and I had to get a napkin to wipe them off in order to see out of them. In our conversation which included a lot of banter I told the guy that we owed the UK a lot for providing gay people in this world and we were laughing and having a good time. Before you knew it he was kissing Jackie and Jackie was telling him that I was right in the statement previously stated:)
.
It was all in good fun and Jackie and I said our goodbyes and went down the road to say hello to Lou and hang out at the Shark bar which is having its pre opening Opening. Louie had a bunch of friends in and he cooked food for them so I even got to eat a second meal last night. Grilled chicken, Baked Ziti and some Sausage N Onions. I needed to eat again at 11:30 to soak up some of the Alcohol that Jackie was forcefeeding me. Let me tell you something folks in case you don't already know it. "NEVER TRY AND GO DRINKING WITH AN INDIAN". You simply can't keep up and they never even stumble even after drinking 20 drinks and 15 beers. It just don't work and you can never win. I learned my lesson last night. I am going to have to knock on his legs next time I see him to see which one is hollow.
.
It is now before 9am and I am up and living. What I can't believe is that I had beer and scotch last night and don't suffer any hangover at all. Yesterday I had a doosey which is leading me to believe that it was a travel induced headache instead of a hangover! I am simply not a good traveler I guess.
.
Today I need to go to Puerto Plata to see my buddy Alberto to get some business done. Maybe I will give Carina a call and recruit her to help me find a piece of property in Puerto Plata I am looking for. I am looking for a warehouse or commercial space with a garage door to purchase. I want to make this a living loft type space right in the middle of the city. I want to be able to drive my car in via Automatic Garage Door opener and renovate the place to an open loft living space.
. I know to some this sounds weird but it is a project I have been wanting to do and heck I may as well get it done sooner than later! Perhaps I will buy some cheap wine and dig up Jackie to hang out with me in Central Park in Puerto Plata tonight. I have always admired the winos that hang out in parks. Must be nice to hang out in a well landscaped place and doing some social drinking. I look forward to this. Maybe I can con Jackie out of the bottle of wine he brought back for Dawn for this project!
.
I am waiting for my maid to arrive so I can let her in. She will put up a pot of coffee and serve it to me in bed and then I will get into a hot shower and begin my day. Could be worse ya know!
.
Have a great day. I will be soon off to the races!
.
Hasta Pronto!

PS> Yesterday I made $2.01 from the Google Adsense. You guys need to click more both for the great links to Dominican related sites and also to buy my breakfast. Things are more expensive here these days and 2 bux don't do breakfast anymore!

As Arnold once said...

I'm BACK........................
I returned yesterday from Florida in the late afternoon. My trip was a success and Dawn has a lot of work to get done now. Funny thing is that I didn't do much. I got email from a guy that had been a guest in my condo and he wanted to get together so we did and met at the Horse Show at the Polo Club in West Palm.
.
When I was talking to him Dawn lines up 3 commissions. Man she couldn't wait to rub that one in my face:) So now I am back and Dawn AIN'T because she now has to do some life work on the commissions. Too bad on Dawn, I had my rice and beans last night!
.
I probably gained 15 pounds in the states in only 2 weeks. Man the portions they serve are HUGE! Now I have to get back on track. I am going to join the Gym tomorrow. Can't today because I have a hangover. I will watch what I eat and be beautiful again in 2 shakes. I can see why there are a lot of fat people in the states. THEY EAT LIKE CRAZY!
.
Pictures? I left my camera with Dawn so she could use it for reference work on the commissions. I went to Dawn's penthouse and got her 3 megapix camera. If I can get that working easy I will post pictures and if not I will ask my friends to send me some. In the meantime you get what I have on my computer.
.
Hope you enjoy the picture of me AGAIN in the Aston Martin. I know I certainly am enjoying it:)
.
Wish I didn't have a hangover! I have a lot of catching up to do today and wish I wasn't bothered by it.
.
I changed the time that my maid comes in from 9am to 10am but of course today she shows up at 9:(. Guess she missed me.
.
One of the things I have to deal with is my mail in the US. I had asked my wife to go to my house to get some check for me to deposit them into a checking account. She emailed me that the checks never got there. She contacts the post office and finds out that my mail has been forwarded and they wouldnt give her the info.
.
I called up the guy in the Post Office worrying about Identity theft. So far it seems just that the USPO is screwing up and no one is trying to steal my identity. Hell they can have it! LOL
.
Now off to other things!
.
Hasta Pronto!

Ok Folks, just wanted to show off my borrowed wheels before I return to the DR and my Jeepeta that is falling apart:) I am driving the Rover today but this was my ride yesterday as the horseshow was closed and we tooled around to some of the farms.
Ok Guys, this is what you call a car! Nah, this ain't no car, it is a Rocketship!
I return tomorrow to the DR. Dawn has extended her stay to do some life work on 3 commissions we were able to get while in Florida so she won't be back for a while. I think she has forsaken her country once again! LOL
.
I can't wait to return. Perhaps some good things have happened while I was off doing sculpture business!
.
Hasta Pronto!

another dog in paradise

This doggy is a favorite of the Horse Show Circuit along with the Jack Russel Terrier. I would like Dawn to Sculpt both of these actually and I will be taking photos while here of these breeds of dogs.
.
Dawn may stay in Florida longer to start doing some work on a few commissions. We will see on Monday when we go to a patrons farm to firm up a couple of commissions. Why pay another airfare if it can get done on the same one that took her to the states?
.
Panera Bread Company is our new hangout. Coffee and internet, how good can it get. Off to the Horse Show at the Palm Beach Polo Club after.
Hasta Pronto!

Dawn's business...

This is a picture of Dawn with a couple that represent her work on the Horse Show Circuit.

.

We had dinner with them last night in Wellington. Last time we had dinner with them was at the Harrisburg International Horse Show in Harrisburg Pennsylvania about 1 year ago.

.

We had a great evening talking about business and telling stories and a good time was had by all.

.

The business end of this trip has been very successful. Up in Ocala we are working on a commission of a Canadian Race Horse which is owned by 10 people. We are trying to determine how many of the consortium will want a bronze of their champion race horse in order to finalize the commission and price.

.

While up in Ocala a Gallery that represents Dawns work purchased a Sculpture of a Pony and Child called "First Love" outright and placed another order for another Sculpture of "Tumbling Kits" which is an older piece of Dawns.

.

Back down at the Polo Club we are finalizing 3 commissions. Two are of Full Size horses and another is 1/4 lifesize. I have already started photographing the horse for reference and Dawn is going to start a Head Study of another horse. These commissions and the sales of limited editions should give Dawn a years worth of work but I am going to keep going and work her butt off:)

.

More later!

Hasta Pronto!

Hasta Pronto!

Ok so it isn't the Beautiful Dominican Republic!

Well I finally have a chance to sit down and write a bit for the blog. The house I am borrowing has a maid coming in today to clean so off to Panera we go to drink coffee, eat pastries and surf the internet while the maid cleans. It has been a very busy week here in Florida for Dawn and me. I was supposed to get in on the 14th which was the same day Dawn was supposed to arrive from Montana where she was casting bronzes and we were coming in 1/2 hour apart. I hired a limo to pick us up and take us to Boca Raton where I have borrowed my friends home, car, music and everything else he owned:) My flight was cancelled and I didn't get here till the 15th so Dawn took the limo all by herself and when the driver told her he didn't take credit cards he agreed to come back the next day. I had cash for Dawn in my pocket as planned but she was low on funds. I finally spoke with the Driver and arranged for him to pick us up on the 1st of March to return us to the Airport. Dawn will fly from Miami to Atlanta and then to Santo Domingo. Then onto a Caribbee Tours bus to Sosua. This is a crazy flight but she needed to do this to get to Montana on the first part of her trip. I fly into Puerto Plata that same day thank goodness as I hate to spend the day on planes and buses. I think I can speak for both of us when I say we will be happy to return to the Dominican Republic and our rice and beans. Yes I know, I, we are sincerely turning Dominican, but honestly if I have to eat any more of this crap food here I will be 400 pounds when I return. Ok folks, I am going to end this hear and start another piece with more pictures. Hasta Pronto!

Blogging away in Florida Land:)

Ok, you folks will think this hilarious but it was a big pain in the Ass.

.

While in Florida I am borrowing a friends home and cars. Great, right?

.

The home is beautiful and right on a lake and golf course, great right?

.

Cars... You will definately think this hilarious. One is a Range Rover. Car number 2 is an Astin Martin DB7. Cool, huh?

.

Someone stops me at a traffic light and says we have no tail lights on the Rover. I put on my 4 way flashers and continue to the movie theater because I don't remember when I last saw a first run movie. Get out of the car and take a look with the 4 way flashers off and I have NO TAIL LIGHTS. Screw it, we go and have Sushi and a movie and I will deal with this crap tomorrow.

.

12:30 am we get out of the movies and the stankin Rover won't start. Not only that but the battery is so dead the remote wont even open the doors. Finally see a Police car with flashers on so I hike over to get the number of a cab service to take us home. Officer calls for me and orders a cab. Half hour to forty five minutes they say. Hour later I call and they come half hour after that. Get home at 2:30 am and 35 bux later.

.

Next morning we get into the Aston Martin and head back to the movies to retrieve Rover. Call a service on the way there and another hour and a half wait so we go into the Marshalls in the shopping center to shop our asses off while we wait of course.

.

2.5 hours later truck comes and hooks up the jumper cables to the starter and I am able to open the door and bonnet to get a proper jump start. Varooooom battery is charging and engine is running and off we go. Return the Aston Martin to the Garage and head out to do some more shopping.

.

Go to Breast Buy and purchase a computer. Neat BTW Amd Turion is fast btw.

.

Have to return in one hour to pick up computer so they can install programs. Go somewhere else shopping (of course) and return to car but it wont start:(

.

Borrow jumper cables and get a jump. Head to Firestone service center for new battery. NO BATTERY FOR ROVERS. Go to Sears and NO BATTERY FOR ROVER. Go home and go to sleep. Wake up in the morning and call Rover. No appointments till the 24th of March. CRAP, speak to the manager and he agrees to change battery but won't do a rear bulb till the 24th. Go out to the car and freakin car wont start. Pull the Aston Martin out of the Garage and pull up to Rover and can't find a freaking battery in the DB7 and even look in the trunk. Finally get a Bell South Truck to give me a jump and off to the dealer. Convince the SOB to change rear bulb also.

.

$285 dollars later with new battery and light bulb I return to house. Try and lock the doors and the transmitter wont work and the key doesn't work in the door to lock and unlock. Call the dealer and ask him "YOU CHANGE A BATTERY AND DON'T REPROGRAM THE TRANSMITTER"??, we program the transmitter on the phone and still wont work. He says something is wrong with the computer. BS, it worked before I brought the piece of camel dung into your shop and $285 later it doesn't work. GRRRRRRR.... I hang up.

.

I can't lock the door:( Out go the computers, cameras, bronzes and anything else worth anything.

.

Don't let friends drive British cars!

To Fly or Not to Fly, that is the question!

This is a classic photo I needed to repost.

.

I spent from 2:30 to 8:30 at the Puerto Plata Airport in the Dominican Republic waiting to take a plane to Miami. It was raining and American Airlines finally canceled the flight.

.

Funny part about this was that they canceled it because of WEATHER and there were 6 other departures and arrivals between the time the flight was supposed to arrive and the time they canceled.

.

American didn't want to give out any vouchers for cabs, hotels or anything else. I have flown over 200,000 mile with American and I will now consider flying Continental to POP when I go to NY. I just hate starting all over again with the Frequent Flyer mile program and the other things in my bag of tricks that reduce my cost for flying but American is getting a bit annoying lately so I have to consider the competition. What really bothers me is that they just keep you waiting and don't tell you a thing which really pisses me off. Worse than that is when you call them on the phone they just lie to you.

.

Good thing is that I met a guy who was also on that flight who was a real nice guy. He is an architect working on a project here and very interesting to talk with. I am in the Real Estate field and enjoy hearing about projects and design and talking about the same. When we got canceled I called Niko the Commie to come pick us up and take us back to Sosua for the evening. We went to Dori's Restaurant at Eddys Sports Bar in Sosua for dinner which was delightful. I was starving and hadn't eaten all day and I was also exhausted from standing around the airport ALL DAMN DAY.

.

After 3 beers and a full belly things were starting to look better to me. Went out for another beer after dinner and then went home to pass out. Took Kyle the Architect to the airport this morning as he was going to try to get to NY through Puerto Rico first thing at 9am. He has been stuck here since Sunday because of the poor weather in NY and needed to return for appointments. I look forward to seeing him here in the Dominican Republic in the future as he returns for his project here.

.

Now my plane is leaving at 1:30 pm today and if it doesn't get my arse to Florida today I am going to go postal. It was unreasonable on AA's part the way it went down yesterday. I had a car at the airport in Miami to take me to Boca Raton and I just didn't get there and now have to make arrangements for today. Pain in the arse!

.

I am going to spend a couple of weeks in Florida going to Hunter Jumper Shows and also going to attend the Paso Fino show in Ocala which I am looking forward to. We do business there selling Bronze Sculptures that Dawn does and this should be a worthwhile trip for us. We have a rep that displays her work at the shows and a Gallery as well. Besides trying to book a bunch of business such as limited edition sales we also get commissions to do pieces for private collections which is a good combination. We are hoping to find a model to do a Freisian in a limited edition. Dawn will actually do some Life work and the horse and I will photograph the horse in detail both in digital stills and video so she can complete the piece back in the Dominican Republic.

.

Dawn is known mostly in the Sporting Art field and is a very popular artist and amoung the best living artists doing sporting art in the world today. Branching out into other breeds and also into other animals and people is our goal in the next several years. We plan on entering many show competions that are Juried this year to get some notoriety in other fields. I look forward to this challange and so does Dawn.

.

I love handicapping the competitions and am very good at it. I can always pick the horse that will finish 1st or 2nd. Last time I amazed Dawn when we were at the Washington International Horse Show and the Harrisburg International Horse Show. I handicapped about 95% of the winners in shows that ranged through many breeds.

.

Dawn asked me how I did it and I told her. I normally don't share things such as recipes mainly because I don't even know what exactly I throw into the mix nor do I keep track but with the handicapping it was easier to explain. I look to see how the horse moves. Usually if they move well their structure is where it is supposed to be. If they were out of shape in one way or the other they wouldnt be ABLE to move well. I use to show German Shepherds and that is how we were able to tell if the Dog was a good dog and figured that horses would be judged in the same manner. It worked great!

.

I will be posting pictures of the Horses and the shows we will attend in the next couple of weeks. I am not sure what my connectivity will be nor how much I will be posting but once it is up I think you will enjoy this two weeks of travel and writing.

.

Wish me luck in getting out of the Dominican Republic but since I just heard a plane taking off it should be ok. American Airlines better NOT delay me any further or they will lose a customer for sure today.

You don't know Jack!

Like I know Jack! That's why I bought Jack a case of Bud. Since you will be in town while I am out of town your case is at Eddys for you to pick up. You can see Eddy or Dori. All paid for my friend!

.

So "This Buds for you and so are these GIANT letters! LOL

These are the stats for my blog last week. Timmy had just asked me if I am up to where I was on the last blog and I said just about right now. Turns out that because I have 3 different blogs although I really only have been posting a lot in this one that I have more unique visitors and pagereads than I did before when you combine them all. This one is now at 209 average a day while before I was 228 average a day so it is withing 10% on this one and over 10% counting 3 blogs.
.
I am making 100% no make that 10,000% more money on these now though.
Funny people have put up Google on the other site blogs and seems that they are now allowed. I guess the pasty white boy had to stem the tide of people leaving to blog where they get some pennies for their work instead of NADA.
.
I have a hangover right now. Got in late and they had a big Front End Loader working across the street on new condos being built by Juan Perdomo. These people don't have a lot of respect for people who are neighbors to where they build a project I guess. Equipment started before 9am on a Sunday which I believe is unreasonable to do.

Kids...

When we went to check out property on the beach in Sabaneta these kids came to check US out! LOL
One thing is for sure, these kids are NOT shy. There was actally a bunch more kids with them and they followed us everywhere.

I love taking pictures of kids and they are real hams. When I show them their pictures since this is a digital camera they jump for joy. It is nice to give them some pleasure!

This is the property I took a look at with Sandy. Don't let the junk on the beach scare you because it is left over from the storm last year and just needs to be gathered and burned. Not a bad looking property!

This is my friend Sandy who owns ReMax Coral Bay Real Estate in Sosua. Please don't get him confused with the ReMax office in Cabarete as these are two companies owned and operated by completely different types of people. Sandy is an honest business man and will do the right thing even if it costs him a commission. He is a quality person to do business with!

.

I stop into chat with Sandy at his office right behind Banco Reservas when ever I get the chance and I see his car there. He is someone I can always learn something from and compare notes with to stay on top of what is going on here on the North Coast.

.

Today we went to look at a piece of Beach Front property in Sabaneta. It was a 16000 m2 piece of beach front property with a nice beach and lovely rolling land. It is a little off the beaten track hence the low price but it is a pretty piece of property. The price is 15 dollars m2 which is inexpensive for beach front!

.

I am not a beachy kind of guy and I had to work to get the damn sand out of my shoes and socks after but many people love the beach. Personally I prefer a pool which is less dirty:)

.

You can check out this piece of dirt along with many others at his website:

Feel free to tell Sandy Escott sent you if you want.

.

I will post pictures in the next segment as I was having problems with uploading pictures a few minutes ago.

These are my buddies Timmy and Paulie. Timmy is here till only Wednesday and then he returns to do 1.5 years in Kosovo. I miss Timmy since he moved back to the states a month ago. I will miss him again but I am happy I will get to say goodbye this time.
We had lunch at Dori's Restaurant which is located inside Eddy's Sports Bar in Sosua. We all had Chicken Curry and to my delight when I ordered my curry "Dori, Light me UP" the boys had it the same way. It didn't taste spicey enough to my liking but my scalp was sweating:) YUM YUM YUM... Although Paulie is from Brooklyn he said it was real good although different from the English Curry he has had. If you are up this evening turn on Rubi 92.5 and listen to the show these two guys do. They are a freakin riot! I couldn't stop laughing listening to them last night. Give em a call at 809-571-3351 and make requests. Goof on these guys before they goof on you. Perry Como should go over well! LOL
.
It has been a while since we hung out and I really enjoyed it. Two nicer guys you will never meet. Paulie is running a tour out of Player Dorada which is a Pub Crawl which I think is called mind benders. If you are staying there sign up for that one as y ou will certainly enjoy it. Run in a very professional manner and a good time was had by all when I was there last night.
. So please bust their balls tonight when they are DJ'ing. You will make them happy! . Hasta Pronto!

Escott on Real Estate...

I just got this picture from my buddy in NY that was taken a few weeks ago when he was down and wanted to share it with you. These are two of my favorite women Dawn and Mary enjoying themselves on the terrace of Dawns Penthhouse. It is a little out of focus but any blindman can see that they are having a great time feeling each other up! LOL
.
Whoops there bottoms aren't showing in the picture.
.
My buddy Jackie made a comment in the last blog bit about real estate and I am going to quote it here:
"Do you remember the conversation we had that night at Dori's regarding risk associated with real estate investment? I thought about saying something then, but thought it better that I let you get around to making the point. Hang in there and stick to your guns. I have been looking forward to seeing what your place would eventually become. "
.
This is something I want to talk about for a few minutes. First off I was saying that I didn't think that Real Estate had a risk factor to me. He said everything does.
.
My take is this. If I purchase to hold the risk factor is non existant. I have been doing this for 35 years and have a little experience in the field. If the market is going down in a cycle I am usually not a buyer or when I do I am a very picky buyer. I will buy only under the market or I may see something in a property that others do not possibly in a twist on a renovation. I am not usually a big buyer in a down cycle but I believe you can still make money on certain projects at any time whether in cash flow which requires more work or appreciation. When it is an up cycle everyone makes money even if they are more dumb than a box of rocks. If you are in the market you are a winner.
.
When I purchase a piece of property I think of it as a Bank Account. Yup each piece is in a separate passbook. Only difference is that it is NOT liquid. I also don't spend my last cent (I am such a liar, I have done that a lot over the years) on a piece of property and usually keep enough liquidity for rainy days.
.
What Jackie was saying was that when I bought a certain piece and they opened a Massage Parlor with a Happy Ending right next door my plans went out the window and there was the risk. I take exception to this for the following reasons. What I paid for the property was minimal. I feel that I can sell it for much more immediately just by hanging a sign on it and bailing out. Instead I am going to wait a bit because I am confident that things are going to change with the neighbor. When someone rents their future is not assured and is subject to many things. This is especially true when their business is not in the mainstream and the same type of businesses have been closed down by the government in the Capital. I am a patient guy and have no problems waiting a little for things to happen and to change.
.
Real Estate always has an underlying value which is the land. If you buy in a growing area on a good street (Location, Location and Location) you can't go wrong. If you are a long term investor like me It doesn't matter if things happen quickly or slowly. Same thoughts whether the property is in New York or Sosua, Dominican Republic. I use a guage of interest I make down here to what I need to make to make things make sense. If I am making 30% in interest I certainly won't do any stinkin work for 24%. That would be a net -6% loss to me so I would need to make 36-40% to make it make sense as a basis and build up from there.
.
Unlike getting interest rents rise and you don't even have to compound it. Being a landlord is definately a pain in the ass though and you have to weigh that against the additional income to see if it is worth it.
.
Ok I hope I made some sense here and you all understand my point. I just wanted to respond to Jackie's comment about risk and why I still am not worried about investments especially in an up market like we have here. I see at least another 5 years of upwards growth here but it could actually be longer.
.
Three or four years ago I turned the corner and started purchasing property here. Before that I use to do spread sheets explaining that it was a down market here and it paid to rent. I even broke it down into how many Presidente Beers you would have every week if you followed my instructions.
.
My first purchase here was a building lot that I paid 15k for. I wrote this up and also mentioned that the previous owner paid 36k for it. The comments I received from one guy was "You will end up losing more money than the guy you bought it from". Now that guy was a rocket scientist I can tell you. I would have had to lose more than 21k on a 15k investment which just doesn't fly but the guy was just too stupid to come down off of his arguement no matter how much fun I made of him. He just didn't get the simple math. I am confident that the 15k is now worth more than 60k in 3 years judging by what has been selling in the same subdivision. Now that is the math I like to see!
.
Things are still hot here and now heating up again in the last 3 months. Tourist season is in full swing and we are starting to kick here again. Large villas in the 500,000 dollar range are selling and so are large parcels of land. Housing starts are going crazy here although there are no figures to quote living in the third world. in the Gated Community I have property in they are starting a new home just about every month and every where I drive in Sosua-Cabarete new construction is SCREAMING.
Thats it folks. Hope you made some sense out of my writings.
.
Hasta Pronto!
I have been saving this picture to put up for quite a while. I want one of these. When I was younger one of my favorite pick up lines was "how about coming back to my apartment and cooking me breakfast tomorrow morning"? The line on that T-shirt would have done the job on a T-shirt for me also. .

I was driving back to Sosua from Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic when I thought about Edd or Rellosk as a lot of you people know Edd. He is staying in Costambar and I yoked the jeepeta around to point to Costambar instead. I thought to myself, "maybe I should call first".

.

So I pulled off the road the cautious driver that I am and called Edd. Lo and behold Edd was on the beach in Sosua at Beach Stall #39 which is Maugaritas Beach Bar. For some reason Edd has adopted this young woman as the person and bar he is going to promote with his friends. So we decide to meet at the Bar and go to dinner. I get there and it is about 6:30 and raining. Lucky for me the gate to the beach is not up and I drive right down to the beach and right to #39 to Maurgarita's Bar.

.

Edd was going to play poker with some people that night but he had a girlfriend back in his hotel room in Costambar so I said how about if we go get your girlfriend and have dinner in Costambar instead of eating in Sosua and then him finding his way back much later that night which he says "GREAT".

.

So off we go back to Costambar to get his girlfriend and to go to dinner. Now we are also packing his friend Maugarita with us. No big deal, I am returning to Sosua from Costambar anyway so she left her motocycleta which is a motorbike for you Spanishly challanged folks and we headed to get his Girlfriend at his hotel room.

.

Well it turns out that his girlfriend didn't want to join us so the three of us go from his hotel to my favorite restaurant in Costambar "Cafe Negril". The three of us had the same exact meal which was New England Clam Chowder which was as good as I have had in New England when I lived there, Sea Bass in Safron Sauce which was to DIE FOR and would you believe Key Lime Pie which melted in my mouth. Mickey the owner and host kept us entertained thoughout the meal and the whole experience was "Perfecto".

.

After this fine meal I dropped Edd off at his hotel and Maugarita and I head off to return to Sosua. On the way back I of course have on 92.5 Rubi FM in my car and unbelievably I hear my buddy Chip on the radio (Hurrican is his stage name:)) and he gets my buddy Timindr on the radio. Well blow me down, I had no idea that Timmy was in the country. I get out my trusty Cellular phone and call in. First thing I say to Chip is "Let me talk to Timmy". Dejectedly Chip gives me Timmy. We catch up for a few minutes and we agree to meet later. He then asks me what I want to hear and I say "Just play somehting nice and dedicate it to Maurgarita". When the song and the dedication come on she says it must be for someone else with the same name and I had to explain to her it was for her.

.

We get back to Sosua in the rain and I drop off Maugarita at her motorbike. Thankfully it stops raining for a while which hopefully gave her time to ride home fairly dry and I head out to meet my friends Chip and Timmy. I actually called back to apologize to Chip because I didn't even say hello to him when I called bacause I was so surprised that Timmy was here in the Dominican Republic. We agree to all meet up at Voodoo Lounge!

.

Well I finally get to Voodoo Lounge and I see a buddy of mine in some sort of Uniform that said Mind Benders on it. I say "what the heck is Mindbenders" he says "It is a tour "Pub Crawl" that starts at Playa Dorada and by bus they take 45 people from Hemmingways in the Plaza at Playa Dorada to Voodoo Lounge in Sosua and then to a place in Cabarete which I don't remember which one". I say to myself that this must be run by my buddy Paulie from Brooklyn... Hmmm... curious and curiouser every moment. I am waiting there for Timmy and Chipper to show up and also Paulie but NO ONE IS SHOWING UP. I get out the trusty Cellular phone and call Paulie to see where the hell he is at. He had to go to Cabarete to speak with the tours next stop because they didn't answer their phone and he would be back in 10 minutes. Now I am thinking we are going to have a great time here after I finally catch up with 3 great guys whom I enjoy hanging out with. Finally Chip comes in and I am chatting with him for a while. I say "where the hell is Timmy"? Chip says he is back in the radio station Dj'ing.

.

I had to tell Chip that he was playing GREAT music all night which I enjoyed. I then tell Chip and Paulie that we should go over to the station and hang out with Timmy. Well Chip has other things on his mind (Cutest little bartender at Voodoo) and I actually didn't blame him so Paulie and I went back to the station.

.

Paulie and Timmy start doing their sidewalk act on the radio and Timmy and I are catching up during the playing music. Timmy is back with his Army unit and is going to Kosovo for 1.5 years shortly. He had done a stint in Afganistan and to me Kosovo was pretty quiet these days and I let out a sigh of relief. Timmy is a great guy who I enjoy hanging out with. Last thing in the world I would want is something to happen to Timmy.

.

While Timmy was at the Voodoo Lounge on a Beer run Timmy's Mother Ellen calls up. She was a commenter on my blog many times about Timmy's T-shirts I posted of him. He happened to be wearing a t-shirt that said " I put out on the first date " which was par for the course for Timmy. When he ran back to speak with his mother I said "Tell mom what t-shirt you are wearing and he promptly gets on the phone and says "The t-shirt says "I love you Mom" which was a bunch of Hooey but this guy is smoother than silk and really thinks on the run:)

.

Well I have a great night, said my goodbyes and headed home to catch some sleep. Today we are going to have a meal together and hang out for a while. Paulie and Timmy are doing a show together on Rubi 92.5 tonight so listen in and enjoy these guys Banter and have a Great tiem. You can even do so from their website on your computer in the US or Europe so no excuses not to listen folks, I know I am!

.

I am going to meet up with a few guys that helped me out of something I didn't understand yesterday. These guys own a couple of Law offices that employ 8 attorneys. My buddy Alberto introduced me to these guys and arranged their services for me.

.

Yesterday morning I was served with Papers for court. I had no idea what it was about at all and it didn't state anything on the papers about what the proceedings were. Turns out that I had to be in Court at 3pm and I got served at 9am. Great huh, no notice whatsoever!

.

Turns out that the people that own the Massage parlor next to where I was going to build Quixotes were taking me before the fiscal complaining that I threatened to put them out of business. I told my lawyer "sure but only in a legal way". They complained that they saw me taking pictures, which I did but I took them from the street and I also took my property in the photograph. It was pretty funny, they said that they had a massage parlor and bar and my attorney said they sold sex also which they denied. Funny thing is that I have letters from many people saying they paid for a happy ending after the massage:)

.

I bought a piece of property, hired an architect, designed a beautiful project which included a Ice Cream Parlor, open air restaurant, Art Gallery, Upstairs high scale restaurant completely air conditioned and four offices. After I have all the plans approved, pay for building permits, taxes and ready to build these people move their Happy ending massage parlor right next door. How can I open up next to this? Answer is I cannot open the type of business I want to next to a business of that nature because people will not want to walk by it. I put my project on hold and figure I will wait to see what happens in the area before proceeding. This is several months ago.

.

Stupid people don't understand that you don't piss off a sleeping bear, you let him sleep. They were just trying to intimidate me as they have no case. Their evidence was what I put on a blog that wasn't even on the internet anymore which didn't matter anyway because I can say whatever I want to say and that is not proof of anything.

.

I don't go in there and wouldn't even though I have friends that do. Now it has become personal. Lawyers can become expensive and some people have NO IDEA what they can cost.

.

Well folks it has been a busy day. I am going to get into a shower and meet with my two attorneys to chat.

.

If you have any sort of criminal attorney needs or litigation needs these guys are your men. Great reputation in Sosua and Puerto Plata. They know what to do and how to handle it.

Urena & Asociados is the name of the firm. If you don't speak Spanish call or write to Carlos Enriquez Olivares in Puerto Plata 809-970-0112 on his cell phone or olivareslawyer@hotmail.com These guys are real competent and like to fight so let them do your heavy work. I was very impressed with how they handled this and confidently recommend them to you.

Good picture!

Ok, this pic was sent to me by my friend Brad. He came to Taco Tuesday with me last night like he always does when he is in town which is often. I like very few pictures of myself and I HATE to even have someone take a picture of me because I usually look retarded and contorted but alas, I like this one. This is the Scott I know and love in that picture! LOL Shut up !
.
Today I was up in Puerto Plata believe it or not playing pool in the early evening.
.
Went and had a hamburger on the ocean across the street from that big Hotel Puerto Plata Beach Resort although there really isn't a beach there.
.
Now I am home and catching up on some things and I will probably go to the Casino to make a donation tonight.
.
Thats it folks, nothing really important to say other than I like my picture:)

Rosa by any other Name is...

Say hello to Rosa. She is of Italian decent living in Canada but spending a lot of time in the Dominican Republic for going on 20 years. She rents an apartment in the building I live in and we spend many days at the pool together.

.

Rosa is also a GREAT COOK. When I return from Florida I am going to take her up on a meal which I am looking forward to as she is a fabulous cook and I mean FABULOUS!.

.

I gave her the Finca Tour today and she said in a million years she wouldn't be able to describe it to anyone. You just have to see it for yourself. I agree. It is looking better and better every month. We have had good rain and lots of stuff is growing like wild.

.

I love the flower that is on the tree next to Rosa. Believe it or not they are just STARTING to bloom and probably won't be in full bloom for a couple of weeks. I hope I don't miss the blooms on these as it will break my heart. You wait all year and finally but I am going to Florida... Oh well, such is life. When I get back I will have plenty more to see and eat.

.

I got a call from my friend Chris Colon also known as Tom while up at the Finca today. He seems to be doing very well and was in very good spirits. I didn't see him since Thanksgiving Dinner at Eddys Sports Bar in Sosua. I promised him I would be doing the Easter Bash again and also at Eddys. This time Dori will be serving the food and I look forward to that!

.

I found out today that if you are on a plan with Verizon cellphone you are entitled to a new phone every 18 months. I am going up to Verizon today to get me new phone. Unfortunately Puerto Plata is where I have to go.

.

Well I have to go wash my butt and head up to get my new phone. Have a great day folks!
