This is the new menu cover albeit in the wrong size but this is the design. It will be a hard cover with inserts of 8 pages. Breakfast menu, lunch/dinner menu, wine list and drink selection menu plus maybe a will come up with a introduction of how it all came about and why, where and the howabouts.

Actually I think the horse/rider should be bigger. I am going to call her now. Ok, horsie is 4x bigger now. I love it.
